Road Trip

Well A few weeks ago we decided just to get into the car and drive. We went to an amusement park and honestly I don’t know where it was except for in between 161 and 35. Anyway Missy had a blast at this park. Then we had a picnic right there at the park. We then got back into the car and went to the Grapevine Lake….not much there but just looked at the water and enjoy God’s creation.
We then decided to go look at the planes…but didn’t know they had moved the location so we ended up going home to rest. Then we got back out and took Missy to McDonald's. What a day. I hope we do it again because it was the best day.

A twisted tree that landed here from somewhere else can't remember where and landed here in the amusement park. So they say.

I would say "look its the lake" but i think she was yawning since she woke up when we arrived a the lake.

Last day of school

Ok well I forgot I had pics of Missy on her last day of school. She wore her bathing suit for the first time. She also wore a pretty dress.

I can't believe school is over and she can't wait till school starts again.

Graduation

I am so late on mentioning my niece. Kelli Graduated this year at Trinity…I am so proud of her. Here is a picture I took of my niece and brother not the best picture…my sister-n-law took a picture of Kelli and I but haven’t gotten the picture yet.

Driving already?

So we all got in the car this last Sat and our plan was stop at Peter's work and then head off to Ashley's outlet to buy the couch. Well Peter's work thing took longer then expected. We did have some donuts to keep us busy but not for too long. So she decided she needed to drive....Here are the pictures i got..she is so funny with the way she is talking and how her vocabulary has expanded.

I will just take a break form all this driving and read a book.

We ended up staying at home on memorial day and cooked and just had a relaxing day.

Let the fun begin.

We have been looking for a couch and we researched all over the metroplex. We decided to look at Ashley's and Missy wanted to ride the horse. I actually video taped it too but it was not that great with my phone.. She has rode the horses that don't move but not this kind. She had a blast.I took her to the mall play area one day...it had a few people there at first then they left and we had the whole place to ourselves. I took pictures of her cause she was just too cute.

I thought I took a picture of when we first went to the mall to play..it was back in Sept of 2007. Time as flown by.

She kept getting on the pig over and over.


When we were done playing I promised I would let her ride on the carousel.

It was a fun day!!

Take pictures mommy!!

This afternoon Marissa was playing and she started putting her stuff animals in a area and then wanted to take pictures. Also on another note she has been potty training lately..wearing panties even went poo poo in the potty all by herself today. YEAH!!!

Her hair was in pigtails ealier and she pulled them out so her hair looks funny...she says she looks like a elephant. Silly girl!!

Mothers Day

I hope all the mothers have a great Mothers Day!! It has been a roller coaster the last 32 months of being a mom and I love Missy more each day. If you still have your mom make sure you tell her how much you love her. We enjoyed dinner with my parents last night. I am so thankful for my Mother. Hope all of you have a great Mother's Day!!!
