Short and Sweet!

Hello all who look at this blog. This just a little post...getting ready for family coming to my house so lots to do.

I never did get 2 year pics so..i have let it go and now will focus on Christmas pictures. I did get a good pic of her on of course a Sunday when she dressed really nice.

She is a bundle of joy and a handful all at once.

Dancing ..she loves running in circles....I get dizzy watching her.

Well i am so behind in blogging. Not too much going on...we have had some sickness and family trouble( my nephew). Finally its getting close to thanksgiving...Family is coming to my house so lots of cleaning and getting ready for company. All my family lives here in the metroplex so that's a blessing. Marissa is testing us everyday, every hour, every minute. Here is some random pictures i took the last 2 weeks. She has been playing in the hallway...this is what i found one day. Too cute.

Why I haven't posted

Well Marissa has had a virus..it was short but it has cause other things to get neglected and so therefor haven't been able to blog. I have some new video but i haven't put it on my computer yet maybe by Tuesday i will.

On a political note I was sad that Mcain lost but i know that God is in control and I pray that good can come from Obama.

Thanks for stopping by..sorry this short i will write more next week...hopefully something exciting can happen to write about.

Halloween

Hello everyone. Well where do I begin. Marissa orginally was going to be a princess...but the dress was itchy and she refused after one time. So my sister had given me a pooh outfit and we tried that one on and she wanted to take it off . This was all on Sunday night the night of the fall festival at church. we went back and fourth and we decided to skip the event. I knew that Thursday would be more difficult because she would need to dress up for school. Thursday morning I dressed her and took pictures. She wanted the hat and red jacket off..i did manage to keep her in the main part of the costume till school. When we got to school we put the rest on and walked in. She did really well...the teachers said she was funny trying to buckle her chair with the big tummy. So at least school was a success. We didn't go trick or treating on friday cause marissa bedtime was approaching. Here is the pictures i took....only one or 2 came out..she kept moving then trying to remove part of the costume.

Her hair is wet i had to spray water to comb it..its not dirty..just in case you wondered. :)

Zoo Trip Again!!!

Well not much going on here. We went to the zoo again with friends from church. I didn't get alot of pictures this time. I got a pic with Abby, Emily and Hannah in the stage coach. I also got a picture of a bird a zoo keeper was holding and talking about. A good trip. On anther note marissa gets her stitches out tomorrow afternoon.That its for now.

OK well Marissa is doing better with her owies. Hand has healed and her arm still has stitches..they will come out next week.

We found on youtube a video of a kids show called bumblz and there is a video that is so cute its called a new pair of shoes thought most women would like this song.

Long day!

Ok well I don't have pics but today has been a really long day. Let me back up and explain how we got to today. Marissa broke out on her legs and arms and a little on the stomach...also she has a rough area on her foot. We saw a doctor for her foot problem (the rash was not looked at byt he doctor cause we forgot..I know Mother of the Year!) she gave us medicine and we went on our way..then actually during the doctors visit had the rash that continued to get worse..so that by the weekend i took her to CareNow.They told me it was a food allergy and to give her Benyadril so we left. Gave her medicine for 5 days and the rash didn't go away and her foot still was bad......So i called to get a appointment with her actual doctor and she was booked but a cancellation happened and we got in at 1130. So we are heading off towards the doctor but decide to stop and see my mom who was helping a friend at an estate sale. Everything was fine until Marissa decided get on a day bed they were selling. Unknown to any of us they were Exacto knife blades on the bed. She cut her arm and her right hand. So messy....finally got a band aid on her and we headed for the doctor. we got there really early and they couldn't find our appointment but felt so bad they worked us in. It was a good thing because she needed stitches in her arm. WHAT FUN! NOT!! Luckily we were able to stay there and get it all done. On the rash issue they checked for strep which was negative so they gave me a lotion to put on her body and foot...so we shall see about that. She gets her stitches out 14 days from today. That Poor little girl.....lots of screaming and crying and blood...she was exhausted she slept for 3 hours after we got home. We were really lucky that we were already headed for the doctor today. All is well for now but man today was lots of drama. Thanks for listening and pray for her cause it was her right hand she can't eat with a fork and well coloring is really difficult. She is really refusing to use the right hand at all.
